Update V. 0.9.9

Hello everyone! Another update is here and here's what it adds:

- Added 100 new levels to play

- Added 2 new areas

- Added a new obstacle: The Bush

- Added the shop

- Added a booster (after level 20)

- Added some kind of tutorial for early levels

- Added a coin system that saved automatically on cloud

- Improved some ui

- Fixed some small bugs
